The eve before Shelley’s wedding. I left work early to get a train to the Vibe Hotel in Milson’s Point to assist the bride with her preparations. We had our nails done, then got take-away for a relaxing night in. It was hard to sleep though, I was so nervous for the following day!
The annual Google Christmas party was a blast this year. For a totally different approach, we had a Google Film Fest night at Fox Studios where we walked the red carpet dresses as our favourite film characters (I was channeling Cher from Clueless), were entertained by a live band, then settled in to watch movies we’d made while snacking on popcorn, lollies and ice cream. Except for the lack of vego food and the unexpected cold breeze, it was my favourite Xmas party to date.
In an amazing way to end the season, our team has a fabulous win in the grand finals. Yay!
A special dinner out with my work team to celebrate an award we won. We booked the kitchen table at Aria. Totally delicious dinner – would definitely go back!
